Act Summit Terms and Conditions

By registering for or attending Act Summit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or attend the event.
2. Registration and Ticket Purchase
All ticket purchases are governed by the terms and conditions of Eventbrite, to which you agree by purchasing tickets through the Eventbrite platform. Act Summit is not responsible for any issues arising from your Eventbrite transaction.
3. Event Policies
- Photography and Recording: Photography and recording of the event, including audio and video, may be permitted. However, any use of such recordings must comply with applicable copyright laws and any specific restrictions communicated by Act Summit.
- Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
- Liability: Act Summit is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to attendees or their belongings during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the Eventbrite refund policy. Please refer to the Eventbrite terms for specific details.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to Act Summit, its content, and materials, are owned by Act Summit or its licensors. Unauthorized use of such materials is strictly prohibited.
